What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. I generally attempt to contact you as soon as your order is placed in order to communicate delivery timeframes. These items are "made to order", so I keep a thin pile of stock in the shop. On average I am able to put orders out the door in ~14 days. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified via email. Why the two week + processing time?
My shop is small.....very small. I work a full time job and attend to this love after hours. My printing capacity is limited (still growing) and with my current order log and printer capacity, it takes approximately 2 weeks to get your order out the door. When orders are pushed outside the two week window, I purchase another printer. However, that takes ~2 weeks to have up and running to support the work load. Believe me that I am pushing to get your order out the door ASAP.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
If you are unhappy with the product, you have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
What is defective or damaged?
What it is not....it's not stray pieces of filament or supports that are not removed from the models. These are FDM and SLA printed items that may require some cleanup prior to prime/paint. If you want me to do that for you and provide a "final" product for paint, select the appropriate option. If the option is not available, I do not prep these items as part of my service. If your item comes broken, then yes, it IS defective and damaged. In some cases I will just refund you your money because shipping would just make it a further loss. In other instances I will send you (electronically) a shipping label and ask that your package and send the piece/parts back. I want you 100% satisfied, so please, if you have any issues, contact me right away. I do ask that you honor a 30-day window. If I haven't heard from you within 30 days of the arrival of your piece(s), then I consider your article to be satisfactory. If there are extenuating circumstances, please let me know.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, BUT it must be BEFORE it ships. If I send it and you want to cancel, you need to pay for return shipping. Once in hand I will fully refund your order, to include original shipping fees if incurred.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. If I mail your item to an incorrect address, you need to contact me and we will discuss a way ahead.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7 business days.
